When MAISON LUDOVIC FLOREAC creates its products, it pays great attention to ensuring that their manufacture complies with the legislation in effect in France and in Europe. We are committed to manufacture our products in countries that have the best expertise for the product in question. We produce our collections of fashion goods exclusively in our workshops in France. Some of our accessories like scarves, belts or small leather goods are made in Italy. In these workshops, the selection of natural materials as well as the care taken in each phase of the process to create our products perpetuate and renew our tradition of excellence and elegance. Payment for purchases on LUDOVICFLOREAC.COM can be made using a direct debit Visa©, Eurocard©, MasterCard©, American Express© bank card or credit card.
Payment for purchases can also be made by Paypal (except for phone orders) or by online bank transfer, by contacting our Customer Service.

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service, where our advisers will be pleased to inform you of the progress of your order.
The tracking number was also sent to you with your shipping confirmation email; enter it on the courier website to track your order.
Your items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order has been registered, within 5 working days for standard deliveries and 2 working days for express deliveries.
